It's a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, and its considerably four years' ageing before release ensures it is one of the most complex and rewarding Champagnes you'll find, with creamy citrus notes on the nose, and a crisp orchard fruit palate with savoury minerality on the long, elegant finish.
