Instead of making a consistent wine from year to year, as with a traditional non-vintage, Krug aims to recreate the same emotion with every release. 172 is elegant, deep, and every inch a classic Krug. There’s a lively thread of acidity weaving through the rich fruit backdrop and a luxurious feeling of racy elegance throughout.
