N/V Special Cuvée, Bollinger

One of the most well known of all non-vintage champagnes, Bollinger employ a high proportion of Pinot Noir in this blend. The wine shows a pristine quality to its fruit, with a touch of toast and a hint of apple. Unsurprisingly a large proportion of the fruit for this cuvée is taken from vineyards classified grand cru – the style is full, firm and lingering.
