As the wine opens up, it reveals deeper layers of white peach, floral hints of rose petal, and savoury, herbal notes of garrigue and fennel, all underlined by a distinct, refreshing sea-salt minerality. The wine is full-bodied and textural, with a remarkable combination of depth and freshness and flavours of ripe stone fruit and red berries, which is balanced by a crisp citrus tension and a savoury, saline finish.The high percentage of Mourvèdre gives this rosé a serious backbone and a spicy character.
