This rosé is one of the secret gems of our list. Pale, dry, and quintessentially Provençal at first, it begins to open up in the glass revealing layers of complexity that take it far beyond its category. This 2020 is superb, with the light scent of wild red berries and dried garrigue herbs on the nose, followed by a palate that is taut and bright with seasalt freshness and an agile backbone of acidity.
