2019 Clos Mireille Rosé, Domaines Ott*, Côtes de Provence
The 2019 is a blend of 63% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 12% Syrah, and 5% Rolle, grown on the schist and clay soils on one of Provence's finest properties. It is made only from the "coeur de grain" - the very purest juice of the berries. It is another fantastic example of this estate's knack of producing wines with an unmatched purity and delicacy. Light garrigue herbs on the nose and a fine-boned frame with red berries and salty freshness weaving through the silky palate deliver the best of Provence. Undoubtedly the most graceful rosé on the market from the Domaine that put this style of light, crisp, dry and delicate Provencal rosé on the map.
