The fruit here used to be sold to the likes of Domaine Ott, but fortunately it’s now bottled by Alain himself. It’s one of the greatest rosés you’ll find anywhere: lifted aromatics of rose and fresh strawberries give way to peach skin and thyme, and loads of sea spray. Delicious, and surprisingly ageworthy.
