100% Grolleau Gris, and a new, unique addition to our range. Only 120 hectares of this variety are planted in the world. Every yield-reducing practice in the book is used for these vines (mainly planted in Château de la Pierre) to give the berry concentration Jêrome demands. With enticing texture and minerality, this very pale rosé is one for summer sun drinking.
