Jerôme has been able to demonstrate more differences between his two cuvées this year, thanks to clever work in the vineyard that has enhanced the terroir characteristics. The Roche Blanche has worked beautifully with the ripeness of 2015, with fresh stone fruit and a very clean, precise finish. Delicious.
