The palate has serious complexity and a jaunty acidity at this youthful stage. Citrus, verbena and delicate, salty tones provide a platform on which the mineral content appears to dance. This is wonderfully impressive Vouvray that needs times to settle down to fully integrate the sum of its excellent parts.
