Displaying an incredible, highly-charged aroma of juicy lemon, grapefruit, floral notes and a hint of peppermint, this Pur Sang truly lives up to its name. A spring-like freshness provides a beautiful backdrop to the saline, oyster shell character that gives the wine a deep intensity, whilst remaining wonderfully sharp and focussed. There is real energy and drive here, leading to a substantial finish that lingers long in the mouth. Mouth wateringly brilliant.
