Muscat from a massale selection planted on white limestone on an east facing slope. Golden colour, with lots of musky perfume and then a more robust, savoury, drier sensation on the palate. Moderate acidity but enough pithy, clementine freshness to keep the wine vibrant. There’s some chalky limestone character and texture on the palate leaving the wine full of tension despite the powerful aromatics.
