This single vineyard might not be classified as a grand cru, but it is one of Olivier Humbrecht’s most cherished sites. It sits just above Clos St Hune on Triassic limestone. The 2018 is compact and linear, and shows a flinty freshness that gives it wonderful definition and helps the expression of limey, green apple fruit.
