This unadorned, fruity and fresh Viognier is one of the only Condrieus you will find that is vinified and aged entirely in stainless steel, seeing no oak at all. Pierre seeks above all else texture in his Condrieu, and this wine has become a classic in its own right. It comes from a granitic south-west facing parcel, and produces floral wine that shows the minerality of Condrieu, rather than the oily weight it can tend to.
