This is a selection of the family’s favourite tonneaux (the large demi-muid barrels they like to use for ageing) of their larger Crozes-Hermitage Cuvée. It is 90% Marsanne, and has a rich, nutty aroma, with a nicely spicy lift. Refreshingly balanced.
