2004 Hermitage Blanc Les Rocoules, Marc Sorrel

An assemblage of 90% Marsanne and 10% Roussanne. Deep straw in colour, revealing rich, ripe honeyed peach fruit on the nose, with almondy characters too. Fine in texture with a flowing style. Honeyed, waxy fruit quality is offset beautifully by a vibrant nature and firm underlying acidity. Very fine.
