80% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre from 50-80 year old vines on a mix of terroirs. Floral and elegant, and fine, intense and dynamic. Very juicy, with wonderful purity and energy, and there’s a liquorice character, too, with hints of roasted fennel.
