Yields are tiny here, just 15 hl/ha, with a blend of 60% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre. This is tense and elegant, with good purity of fruit and notes of wild herbs, rosemary, thyme and anise. The fruit is dark and juicy.
