80% Grenache with the remainder made up of a Cinsault and Mourvedre synergy. The purity of fruit on the nose comes thanks to a traditional fermentation, ‘more generous than 2013’ says Stéphane, with a riper fleshy mid palate rounded off with a savoury tannic frame - an impressive Côtes-du-Rhône from this rising star.
