In some years, Albéric makes a top wine called Les Vieilles Fontaines, but in 2014 he put the fruit for this wine straight into the (already excellent) bottling from the rest of his old vines, raising the standard even more. This is captivating: full of violets and blackberry fruit with a dizzying array of sensations on the palate.
