Blending 80% from the warmer Méal vineyard with 20% from Greffieux, this is once again a blockbuster for Sorrel. Very deep inky concentration from the low yielding vines, and with complete purity thanks to Marc’s traditional approach to oak usage, an exotic creamy full texture with ripe, fine tannins completes the masterpiece. Seriously delicious, even at this early stage.
