2012 Côte-Rôtie Les Triotes, Domaine Garon

This is a domaine on the rise, with wonderfully situated vineyards, they have invested in a new winery and are one to watch. From a schistous limestone vineyard, this wine is typical of Garon with a highly charged and floral nose of red fruit, crushed rock and violets. The palate has a Burgundian profile with beautifully managed tannins and well-integrated oak, long and fresh.
