As always, a stunning wine from this excellent domaine, a beautiful reflection of terroir is shown by the garrigue nose that has a slight fennel edge. There are bramble leaf notes and a touch of cigar box coming through. The palate offers finesse and elegance, with sweet ripe fruits, red peppercorns and a just a tiny hint of menthol too. The oak is well integrated and complements the freshness provided by the very precise acidity, carrying through onto a lingering finish. This is a complete joy to taste.
