Run by the Daumen family since 1905, this 10 hectare estate is managed without using fertilisers and chemical products, and practices minimal handling in the winery, using native yeasts and bottling unfined and unfiltered. The result is a very pure style of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, traditional, concentrated and truly classic.
