Made from a single vineyard of Grenache that is 80% destemmed, the wine spends 3 and a half years in barrel in a very traditional ‘resting’ manner. Almost syrah-like on the very impressive nose with pepper and dark fruit purity but retaining elegance. This leads onto a brilliant palate of lacy fruit and mineral texture, with beautifully delicate weight there's enough going on to make this fascinating.
