A combination of 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah from 100 year old vines, Les Gallimardes speaks volumes for new-wave Châteauneuf. Made in an almost Burgundian fashion with the Domaine's tell-tale concentration of fruit, but with an exceptional contrasting delicacy. A hint of rose and cherry on the nose give way to a mouthfilling, textural and turbo-charged palate.
