Bold ripe aromas hinting at dark ripe blackcurrant but also with red fruit freshness. Crème de cassis characters emerge on the palate, liquorice too, perhaps even a little dark chocolate. There is an awesome sense of depth, layer upon layer of fruit. For all its action-packed features, there is a fine nature here, poised, pure and above all displaying that hallmark finesse. This possesses huge potential. Nearly 80% old vine Grenache in the blend, the balance Syrah and Mourvèdre.
