Dominique only acquired 7ha from the Château de Viré in 2009, but he is already making great wine from this parcel. Only the best grapes go into the cuvée - the rest go into declassified Mâcon-Villages. This is beautifully ripe with the lees aging offering texture and creaminess. Great freshness and very long.
