Produced from several parcels of old, 35-75 year vines throughout the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, this is mâconnais in its most serious form. Totally compelling with waves of floral, honeyed and lightly toasted notes on nose and palate. Complex in the extreme, each sip revealing nuances that encompass the full range of flavours of which Chardonnay is capable.
