Lying just south of the grands crus, this excellent vineyard produces one of the more exotic styles of Chablis. Samuel has three tiers of vines - aged 35, 60 and 80 years - giving great complexity to his blend. It’s tense and mineral, with a gorgeous texture. Bright orange pith and grapefruit, with lots of juiciness and an arrow-straight finish.
