The cuvée is named after Damien and Caroline’s grandmother. Its personalised moniker hints at how fond the family are of this wine, which is usually a blend of three parcels in the village. However in 2024 one parcel was so badly frosted it lost 100%, so we are left with two-thirds of the blend. It is nevertheless a brilliant portrait of St-Aubin, with chalky intensity and tender stone-fruit length.
