This lovely wine has a long, lively finish where fruit and freshness walk hand in hand. It comes from the top of a limestone slope, which has very little topsoil, so the vines need to dig deep for sustenance. It has a pretty nose, with subtle white blossom notes. The palate is straight and saline.
