This is a secret gem to know about. It’s made from a blend of young vine fruit and some incredible 95-year old Aligoté Doré grown in Meursault, whose tiny, golden berries are packed with vibrant flavours. The 2023 shows brilliant freshness, with verve and salinity. It’s one of our favourite whites from the region, and finds its way into our cellars every year.
From various plots below Volnay, Pommard and Meursault. Pale with a green tint. A much more classic bouquet, the volume did not escape sensible limits, this is lovely and lively on the palate as well. 20% has been made in ceramics, otherwise demi muid for the most part.
