This comes from the Meursault side of the village, and has attractive yet delicate white blossom and peach notes on the nose, followed by great weight, impressively bright stone fruit concentration, and a linear drive to the acidity on the palate. As always, this promises a complex development.

Pale lemon and lime. The 20222 Les Referts has notably more density than the Garenne, a touch of salt on the citrus at the back of the palate, with generous yellow plum fruit in between. Good length. Drink from 2028-2035. Tasted: October 2023.
