A fresh, bright, and textured Aligoté from the Hautes-Côtes. This is pithy and saline, and surprisingly long. Domaine Cathiard is one of Vosne-Romanée's legendary estates, with Sébastien currently expanding the estate's holdings onto the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. This is an admirable white from the estate.
