Les Chenevottes has slightly deeper soils than some neighbouring vineyards, and the 70-year-old vines, with their deep roots, have endured the extreme summer heat of the past few years in relative comfort. It is so tight and chiselled, with a lemon oil twist on the nose, and a powerful, textured finish.
