Usually the largest cuvée of the domaine, making up 6ha of their vineyards. With two-thirds from the Puligny side, and one-third from the middle of the village, this has lovely grip and a mouth-watering finish. There’s a spicy, lemon sherbert finish, with notes of ginger and grapefruit.
