This is a benchmark example from one of the most exciting producers in the Côte Chalonnaise. The concentration is staggering. The nose has that struck-match reduction everyone seems to be chasing in Burgundy but only a few capture with this much style.
And the palate is packed with flavours of Amalfi lemon, and golden shortcrust pastry. Weighty and vibrant.
