Caillerets takes its name from the tiny stones that litter the vineyard, and it’s one of the village’s most highly prized sites. Very pure and lovely silky fruit. This is nervy, so much lemon oil. There’s precision: the vines here are first harvested. I love the minerality and salinity: really nice texture and so fine and so long, and so much balance.
