The plot of Charmes in Puligny borders Charmes in Meursault, so it’s a village vineyard next to a premier cru. Quite rich and leesy, with nice crunchy fruit and good definition. Nice touch of reduction with white flowers and energy, and tension on the finish, too. Well made.
