Thierry’s dad, Paul, started bottling Mazures as a single vineyard wine, and its quality year in year out justifies the decision: Thierry considers it premier cru level. This year’s has a spicy nose, with nice ripe citrus too. There’s really good balance between the fruit and gingery spice. 60% lost to frost.
