Les Sétilles continues to be the standard bearer for Bourgogne Blanc. Olivier has upped the oak in 2016, and the wine wears it beautifully. The nose is delicate and floral, but it’s the depth and texture on the palate that’s so impressive for a wine of this level. It’s a wine that will impress on any occasion.
