2015 Puligny-Montrachet, Jean-Marc Boillot

This village Puligny is made from 7 different plots, of which 5 are situated in Enseignères, a highly-regarded vineyard that touches the Grands Crus. It’s got lovely elegance alongside drive and freshness. Slightly rounder than in some vintages, it all comes together in a long, linear, mineral finish.

2015 Puligny-Montrachet, Jean-Marc Boillot
Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot

Grandson of Etienne Sauzet, one of Burgundy's most famed vignerons, with experience as winemaker at Olivier Leflaive, Jean-Marc is a man of great practice with the talent of someone for whom winemaking runs in his blood. His wines wonderfully display terroir. With richness of flavour yet lightness of touch, they are always a delight to open: particularly in the company of charming Jean-Marc himself or his adult daughter, Lydie, who works alongside him.
