Probably St-Aubin’s most famous and finest vineyard, you come across En Remilly if you follow the contours of Le Montrachet around the hill towards the village. There is very little topsoil here, creating a steely and pure wine with chalky minerality. Grapefruit notes lead to a complex structure of power and texture with mouth-watering acidity and a long finish.
