2013 Meursault Les Clousots, Patrick Javillier

Sitting as the best of both worlds between the precision of Tillets and the power of Tête de Murger, Les Clousots displays the blend of power and minerality that is very much Patrick Javillier's calling card.

2013 Meursault Les Clousots, Patrick Javillier
Domaine Patrick Javillier

Patrick Javillier began working in wine in 1974 and now, his daughter Marion produces an exceptional range of white Burgundy from Meursault and beyond, with her proud father close by. The esteem in which their estate is held is even more impressive considering their low holdings in 1er and grands crus. But this is indicative of their approach: they ensure every cuvée, from Bourgogne Blanc upwards, fulfills its potential.
