2013 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Les Folatières, Domaine des Héritiers, Louis Jadot

Second only to the Grand Cru wines at the 2013 Jadot tasting, for me this is one of the best Folatières produced. Indeed, I have wonderful memories of a 1992 I enjoyed a couple of years ago. Very Puligny with great finesse, delicacy and drive there are notes of oyster shell, anise and stone fruit with a long layered finish.
