2013 Puligny-Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive
Unsurprisingly, this has all the hallmarks of great Puligny. There's a complex and thoroughly delicious intertwining of flint and soft cream with a serious sense of accomplishment on the palate: superb balance, silky extract in the mouth and underlying mineral power that belies the village status.
