2012 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Le Cailleret, Domaine de Montille
Only 10% new oak was used for the élevage of this wine, and this combines with the beautiful streak of acidity to produce a wine that is very elegant indeed.With its delicate acacia blossom and pear aromas with a hint of gunflint, it shows plenty of complexity and subtlety that will need time to truly develop and flourish.
