50 year old vines planted on the very steepy hills, all hand harvested and according to Jacques this is a demanding plot. Pineapple, pear, apple all come through on the nose, vibrant and alive. Flavours of citrus and green apple unfurl to combine with wet stones and a hint of sea salt as a vein of acidity runs right through.
