2011 St-Aubin 1er Cru Les Frionnes, Hubert Lamy
Crunchy green apples and a hint of wet stone on the nose. The palate is somewhat linear, opening on a taut mineral note unfurling to apple blossom and finishing with a hint of hazelnut. This is an elegant and understated Côte d’Or white of great poise and energy.
